Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on items unless the wrong item has been sent and confirmed with receipt or item is damaged in shipping. Proof of damage must be shown within 48hrs of items arrival. Please contact me directly so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible by emailing objetdartstudios@gmail.com with accompanying images.

Epoxy Resin, Variances & Slight Imperfections

Colours in a physical item may appear slightly different to what is viewed on your device's screen. If you are local, you are welcome to view my pieces in person by contacting me and arranging an appointment.

Please understand that every Objet D'art Studios piece is handmade, and handmade items, by nature, may contain some imperfections . All care is taken to prevent or minimise these but you may see some minor flaws in your piece. I hold myself and my work to very high standards and will rectify any imperfections that I deem unacceptable prior to listing any item for sale. If you have any concerns about the quality of workmanship please contact me.

Colours and styles of existing pieces can be used as inspiration for new pieces, however no resin piece can be recreated exactly. Each Objet D'art Studios piece is as unique as you or I.

All epoxy resin will yellow over time. Objet D'art Studios uses quality resin with UV stabilisers to prolong the life of all pieces. To ensure your resin piece lives its best life and looks the way it was created for as long as possible, care instructions must be followed. You can find my care instructions here.
